How much are delivery costs?

Reebok charges flat rates per address, depending on the delivery method. Rates (incl. GST) are as follows:

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.


How long does delivery take?


Standard Delivery: 15 - 20 business days

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Please note:


Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 2 - 3 working days. During sale periods, orders may take longer to process.




How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?

Please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order via the online tracker. Your shipment confirmation email should include a link to track your order online. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email.

If you are not at home to sign for the delivery Toll will leave the parcel in a safe place. In case the driver cannot find a safe place, a notice will be left at the premises with alternative delivery or pick-up options.




Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, as long as they're both in the same country. Just enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.




Can you ship outside of New Zealand?

The New Zealand Reebok Online Shop can only deliver in New Zealand.
