Reebok delivery policy – Australia 

Reebok offers free shipping on all orders within Australia over $100. Orders below $100 will be charged $9.95 for standard shipping. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.95. Upon dispatch, you will be emailed an Australia Post tracking number.  By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your order. 

Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5-7 business days, and Express Shipping orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Reebok delivery policy – New Zealand

Reebok ships to New Zealand at a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for standard shipping only. Please allow 2 – 4 business days processing for all orders. Once dispatched, deliveries are typically received within 3 – 10 business days. Please see below frequently asked questions about New Zealand orders:

What carrier do you use?

Australia Post and NZ Post.

Why does the price increase when I select NZ shipping?

As of the 1st of December 2019, New Zealand has enforced a new law requiring overseas businesses to collect and return 15% of the purchase price of goods under the value of $1,000 NZD. In compliance with this law, an additional charge of 15% will be applied to your order.

Will there be any border costs?

No. Prior to the enforcement of this law, border taxes were applicable when the value was over $60 NZD. As of 1st of December 2019, this has been replaced by the 15% GST.

Will the new GST laws for New Zealand impact on delivery costs?

No. Delivery costs and shipping will remain consistent with our current shipping rates.

What currency does your website use?

All prices are in AUD. If you are ordering from NZ, your order will be processed in AUD and your bank will convert to NZD. Please be aware that foreign currency exchange fees may apply. GST % is determined by AUD.

What duties and taxes will apply?

Any customs, taxes or import duties due are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you in advance of the total duty which will be charged.

Return policy

We want you to be passionate about your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, return your Reebok.com.au product(s) within 30 days free of charge for a full refund to your original payment method (less any shipping costs paid). See below our return policy:

  • Refunds are applicable for all returns, including full-price, promotional, or markdown products.
  • Any shipping costs paid at the time of your order are non-refundable.
  • Reebok.com.au will only accept returns made from the Reebok website. If you have purchased Reebok from another seller, please contact the seller to return your item.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product shows absolutely no sign of wear upon inspection. You are required to send your item back in its box or original packaging (if you weren’t sent a box), with no dirty marks or wear on the sole, and no signs of wear on the garment. If you fail to notify Reebok about any wear prior to sending the item back, your return will not be accepted, and your order will be sent back to you.
  • The customer takes responsibility of return items until they are received by the Reebok returns team. If your return has not been received, a refund will not be issued.
  • Any orders sent back without a return authorisation will not be accepted. All returns must be lodged through the Reebok Returns Centre.
  • NZ returns: Please contact support@reebok.com.au and you will be provided with a pre-paid return label.

Reebok reserves the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not fully adhered to.

FESTIVE RETURNS: Without limiting Australian Consumer Law, all full price items purchased from Reebok (exclusive of end of season and clearance sales) between 18/11/2023 and 24/12/2023 are eligible to be returned for change of mind until the 31/01/2024. All above return conditions must be met.

Exchanges

Reebok does not offer exchanges through our AU/NZ online store. If you require a different size or colour from the product you have purchased, follow the returns process as outlined below and send back to our returns team for a refund. Once this has been processed, you can then create a new order with the alternate size/colour you need. Any discounts applied at the time of your original order will be honoured for a change of the same style. Please contact support@reebok.com.au for your replacement code.

 How to complete a return 

1)     Before requesting a return for your order, please take care in ensuring that the product is in a new, unworn condition and the box or packaging is not damaged. Please do not attach labels or tape directly onto the shoe box or garment bag. We suggest placing returns in a plain shipping satchel and affixing the label to this. Before completing your return, ensure you have the following information handy:

  • Order ID # (can be found in your confirmation email)
  • Email address used to place the original order

2)     Click the button below to request your return

REQUEST RETURN

3)     Complete the form by telling us which items you’d like to return and why.

4)     You will be emailed a pre-paid returns slip and instructions for completing your return. Print the returns slip and fix onto a plain satchel (the satchel used for your order is fine as long as existing labels are covered and the satchel is re-sealed).

5)     Drop your return off in an Australia Post box.

6)     Once received, it typically takes 3 - 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.

NZ returns: Please contact support@reebok.com.au and you will be provided with a pre-paid return label.

Faulty items

Reebok takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following remedies under the Australian Consumer Law:

(1) Exchange or refund of items for major failure or faults or

(2) Exchange or repair if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

In assessing a claim for faulty goods, the Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, how the product has been used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable. 

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow the steps above to complete your return, where you will be asked to upload a photo demonstrating the fault which will be assessed by the team. Otherwise, email us at support@reebok.com.au
